This is a custom, high-quality, energy efficient, accessory dwelling unit construction that will serve as my primary residence.
Our first open house will take place at the tail end of the framing work, just prior to the insulation and drywall installation. This first open house will be a good chance to see the rough plumbing, electrical, and to understand the deliberately simple mechanics of the ADU.
We'll have several open houses during the construction process. I am an ADU advocate and will share my passion for them. I am open to sharing information about my project costs.
It's still a construction site, and there may likely be exposed nails and loose construction materials scattered throughout the site. Please no kids or pets this time around.
